These Terms and Conditions apply to the websites owned, operated, or controlled by Premier Fiber, LLC (“Premier Fiber” and collectively, the “Premier Fiber Sites”). Your use of the Premier Fiber Sites constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your acknowledgment that you have read and understood them. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to your use of the Sites shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Tennessee.
